Vintage Penn 2000 Speed Shifter 2-Speed baitcasting reel-used/excellent++

This 2-speed Penn 2000 Speed Shifter was made in Japan in the late 80's after the success of its 2-speed saltwater reels which Penn is famous for and still holds a chunk of market share till today. Designed and built for the big-bass anglers with a 2.0:1 low gear winch that can be shifted to a high 6.0:1 retrieving speed burning lures on water surface;plus the innovative VLS(variable lure setting) feature to automatically changing speeds on the go creating erratic lure actions that could be irresistible to lunkers on the prowls. With flipping feature, as well as a bonnet-style thumb-rest cover for accessing to tangled line.
