The Reel is about as nice as they come with amazing Original Blue Paint... I don't believe there is a chip in the paint and it' shows no signs of being put on a rod... The Chrome plating on the Bail wire is outstanding and the Frosted Silver finish on the Handle is Exceptional. The Penn 720 works perfectly as you would expect and comes with the Tube of Soinfisher Lube and the Original Penn Tool... The Bail snaps over decisively and the Antireverse works as it should. This Reel is made in the USA just a few miles from where I grew up in Philly. These Penn 720 Spinning Reels came in several different color combinations over the years including the Blue you see here and the Green/Blue along with the later "Z" series which were Black & Gold although there was a shorr run of 720Z reels produced in a cool Brown Metallic & Gold. Cool Never Used Penn 720 Spinning Reel that would be a wonderful addition to any collection or just fish it!!!! The only issue with this reel is that the Manual is missing from the box and I'm not sure why. Please check out my other auctions for more vintage fishing tackle from my personal collection.
