Lot Of 7 Vintage Fishing Reels Garcia Mitchell Penn Reel SHIPS FREE

I'm certainly no expert, but after a very quick inspection, all but the Penn 60 seem to work like they should. Seems to be bound up somehow? Hopefully the pictures speak for themselves.
