Penn 113HLW 4/0 Senator II, Vintage, New in Box, Made in the USA. This reel is new-in-box (NIB) and has never been used. There are some very minor cosmetic blemishes; it's in excellent but not mint condition. The side plates are red/maroon.

The non-handle side has a marlin and it says Made in the USA on that side plate. The knob on the handle is black.

This reel was likely manufactured in the 1980s, so it's probably about 35+ years old. Along with the cross pieces that are installed on the reel, there is an extra set with a different style. The box and all the original items in the box are included. The box is in good condition.

There is some writing on the top of the box with what appears to be a price from many years ago. Original box and tube of Penn reel lube. Clamps to attach reel to rod. Plate to use to mount to a rod's reel seat that still has the number in crayon that was likely the factory inspector's number.

Extra set of reel cross pieces with screws. The manual has a date on the back cover in the bottom corner when it was printed. That year is likely close to when this reel was made.

This manual say "89", so the reel is likely from the late 1980s. This reel was part of an estate acquired from a fishing equipment collector who bought many things and collected many items without using them. It's now time to distribute so fishermen and enthusiasts can enjoy the contents of this collection. The price reflects that this is a vintage reel, new-in-box, new old stock, never used.
