Penn 146L Squidder Jr. Reel Vintage, New in Box, Made in USA, Extra Spool

Fishing Reel - Vintage, New in Box, Made in the USA, with Extra Spool. Reel (aka Baby Squidder) with anodized aluminum spool, ball bearings, easy take-apart, star drag. Line capacity: 275 yards of 12 pound test mono.

This reel is new-in-box (NIB), new old stock (NOS), and has never been used. The box is completely intact with metal edges and is in very good condition with a very little wear and tear. The box has the original price tag sticker on it. Also included is a NIB NOS extra spool. The side plates are red/maroon.

The non-handle side has a fisherman with a fishing rod in the water and it says. Made by Penn Fishing Tackle Mfg. The other side plate with the handle says. The knob on the handle is black. Original tube of Penn reel lube. Clamps to attach reel to rod, still in the original bag. Instruction & parts manual #41B. Extra spool - Penn Aluminum Spool No. The manual has a date on the back cover in the bottom corner when it was printed. That year is likely close to when this reel was made. So this reel was likely manufactured in the mid to late 1980s, and it's probably 35+ years old.
