Vintage penn 49A wide spool reel WITH BOX

The 49A is always a great find in the USA. If you lived in South Africa, you would not have much trouble finding one. Very few were marketed here in the USA. Even finding the spool is a trick. They are not available in any of the Part Houses, nor at Penn.

As time goes by, they are not going to get easier to find. NO A on the side plate.
