Vintage Penn 716z Spinfisher Fishing Reel In Box EX

Here is a great Penn 716 Z Spinfisher reel in the original box in great looking and working condition. I would call the reel unused mint but it does have a tiny scuff on the test plate and one on the black paint just below. These 2 tiny scuffs are very minor but I can't call it new so I would rate the reel a solid 9 out of a mint 10.
