Vintage Penn 9500SS Spinning Reel

Penn 9500 SS spin reel (big game). This very large size spin reel was made in USA. From the 90s for 6 or 7 years & weighs 33.2oz, it is in excellent condition, and everything works great. It comes with a black colored metal body, smooth drag, good anti-reverse, good bearings and smooth gears and It shows very lite marks in the paint in spots. It has a 4.2/1 gear ratio and will hold 300 yards of 30lb.

Test it is a good quality reel, and is a grade 9+/9+. This is the earlier all metal model (no graphite) and is a good reel to fish with, strong and strait & It come's with a new power handle. The reels I sell are 98% used, and in between 20 & 100 years old. Most are far from perfect, so I some times use the Orca grading system, the first no. Is how it looks and the second how it works. A 5/5 would be for parts and a 10/10 would be new. Add me to your favorites, many more reels to be listed over the next few weeks.
