Vintage/Scarce VG+ PENN SAILFISHER No. 130 Reel, circa 1950's

What we have here is a vintage and quite scarce. Deep sea trolling reel, circa 1950's. The reel is virtually in. Condition both in appearance and operation! It's been cleaned, greased, and ready to go!

The reel features a star drag, chrome plated brass construction, a "clicker, " rod clamp, free spool, harness rings, one-piece heavy duty cast spool, black side plates, and a bright red torpedo shaped handle knob that turns freely. The reel has a gear ratio of 3:1, with rated line capacity of 400 yards of No.

Test Cuttyhunk linen line, measuring 3 5/8" in diameter and 2 ½" across the side plates. It has a heavy-duty weight of 30.4 oz. Built to last a lifetime! Comes with a facsimile reel box.
